Plasma Girl is a member of the Junior Leaguers and a very close friend to Ordinary Boy. Her power allows her to transform herself into gelatinous goo, while despite being an relatively lackluster power has been put to amazing use by her several times throughout the series. As far as Superopolis citizens go, while not nearly as intelligent as Ordinary Boy, she is considered a good deal more intelligent than average, which shows a few times throughout the series.
